Conditions for Return, Refund Process, Non-returnable Items
As part of our Return & Refund Policy, items must meet these conditions:
Be free from stains, odours, or any signs of wear.do not meet these conditions.
Be in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised products, including items made-to-measure according to the client’s specific sizes.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Refund Process
- Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You may request an exchange for a different size, but only if the returned product meets all the Conditions for Return.
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and undamaged.
- Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the exchange for the requested size
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
