All garments by BIBI SAKALIEVA are made-to-order and, when requested, produced to the client’s measurements. Each piece is created specifically for you, therefore:

Made-to-Order & Custom Sizing

We do not accept returns or refunds for made-to-order or custom-sized items.
This includes orders placed with custom measurements or any fit requests.

Before You Order

If you would like your piece made to your measurements, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm the best size, measurements, and any fit details before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• • clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will review the case and arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund (where applicable).

Alterations

If you need a minor adjustment after receiving your order, we may offer alterations on a case-by-case basis. Please email us and we’ll advise the best option.
